§ Mr. SackvilleProposals are being considered to limit the availability of appetite suppressants by way of an order under section 62 of the Medicines Act 1968 to situations in which there exists a clear medical need for such products. The Medicines Control Agency is currently consulting those with an interest in this subject on the form that such an order might take.
