§ Mr. KynochIn determining an appeal a reporter has regard to any relevant policy of the development plan, and to any further matters which are drawn to his attention. This would include ratios of public open space to housing density, if those matters are covered in submissions.
This would apply to any appeals relating to the sites referred to, but no such appeals have been received to date.
