§ Mr. BowisConsultations did not take place on the Bill as such but on the three proposals for inclusion in it. We consulted widely on these. It is not possible to categorise the responses in the way referred to in the question, but the numbers indicating support for the principles of each of the three proposals substantially exceeded those expressing opposition.
