§ Mr. JackOfficial trade statistics for the volume of imports of pate de foie gras are not separately available. However, the totals of all prepared or preserved goose or duck liver imported into the United Kingdom from all sources were 116 tonnes in 1993 and 87 tonnes in 1994.
