§ Mr. Gwilym JonesInformation on the work force employed on a temporary basis in Swansea and West Glamorgan is not available centrally. The latest available information for Wales is based on the labour force survey conducted in winter 1994–95—three months ending February 1995—and relates to employees rather than the work force. It estimates that 9 per cent. of employees of working age in Wales had jobs that were not permanent in some way.
