§ Mr. ForthPublic service events planned by the Department for Education to coincide with the fourth anniversary of the citizens charter are likely to include the announcement of the content of the 1995 school and college performance tables and a briefing paper on value added for schools and colleges. There will be no additional cost or staff resources as a result of these events. The officials concerned will be working on them as part of their normal duties.
