§ Mr. MaloneNone. Members of the public can make their views known through the community health council which the family health services authority is required by the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1992 to consult on applications for entry to the pharmaceutical list. Community health councils can also comment on appeals that are made against FHSAs' decisions under the regulations.
