§ Mr. David DavisOn 11 May the states parties to the non-proliferation treaty participating in the NPT review and extension conference decided without a vote to extend the treaty indefinitely. This decision will send the strongest possible signal of the international community's determination to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons.
