§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonWhile the Scottish Office has recently accepted an invitation to attend, as observers, the executive officers group of the Glasgow Regeneration Alliance, the composition and workings of the various groups of the alliance are matters for its four member organisations; Strathclyde regional council, Glasgow district council, Glasgow development agency and Scottish Homes.
