None. We are investigating the incident.

Mr. Mackinlay

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on what occasions in the last five years a Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister has visited Gibraltar. [28608]

Mr. David Davis

Francis Maude MP, Minister of State, visited Gibraltar on 23–25 January 1990.

Tristan Garel-Jones MP, Minister of State, visited Gibraltar on 26–28 July 1991.

David Heathcoat-Amory MP, Minister of State, visited Gibraltar on 30 November to 1 December 1993.

Mr. Mackinlay

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what measures he proposes to ensure the swift access into Gibraltar for athletes and officials travelling to Gibraltar for the Island Games in July via Malaga airport or other locations in Spain. [28610]

Mr. David Davis

The majority of teams are expected to fly to Gibraltar. But we shall of course continue to press Spain to bring an end to the unacceptable delays at the Spain—Gibraltar frontier.
