§ Mr. RedwoodThe chairman of the Welsh Development Agency has received a letter from an official of the European Commission asking a number of questions about the agency's participation in European development programmes. The Commission has been informed that my Department will be replying to these inquiries in due course. Subject to the agreement of the Commission, I shall arrange for a copy of its letter to be placed in the Library of the House.
