To ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans she has to implement the recommendations in the report of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, 1991, in respect of the control of the use of temazepam. [28282]

The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs made recommendations to Ministers regarding temazepam in July 1993 and I refer the hon. Member to the reply my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council gave my hon. Friend the Member for Ayr (Mr. Gallie) on 10 May, column756.
