Mr. John M. TaylorThe publication was developed by a group of senior managers in the Magistrates' Courts Service and 750 copies were produced at a cost of £11,241. Most have been distributed to the 105 magistrates' courts committees, who are responsible locally for the management of magistrates courts. The remainder is held by the Central Council for Magistrates' Court Committees against any further requests for copies.
