To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to the statement by the Minister of State, the hon. Member for Boothferry (Mr. Davis) in European Standing Committee on 24 May,Official Report, column 13, if he will make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy on not giving up the United Kingdom's veto; and which vetoes in the Council of Ministers are regarded as not negotiable at the forthcoming intergovernmental conference.
