§ Mr. Waldegrave[holding answer 9 June 1995]: The most recent refurbishment of the food science laboratory at Torry took place between 1991 and 1994 at a cost of £1,997,000. It was completed before Tony became part of the enlarged central science laboratory. As to the proposal to close the Tony laboratory, I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon.
