§ Mr. Ian TaylorA draft of implementing legislation has been circulated to interested parties for comment. The consultation period ends on 26 June. This means that we will not be able to bring the legislation into force by 1 July as we had intended, but our aim is to submit the legislation to Parliament as soon as possible after the end of the consultation period.
We shall be liaising with interested parties.
