§ Mr. Robin SquireThe number of proposals published under either section 12 or 13 of the Education Act 1980 which have been under consideration in the Department for the periods indicated is as follows:
- less than three months: 65
- three to six months: 58
- six to nine months: 65
- nine to 12 months: 11
- more than 12 months: 12
Proposals received by the Department within the last four months may in certain cases fall to the local authority to determine.
