§ Mr. PageBritish Coal makes loans to its employees and to members of the corporation, and to its wholly owned subsidiary undertakings—the latter with the consent of the Secretary of State and the approval of the Treasury. The aggregate outstanding balances on these loans are published in the corporation's report and accounts, copies of which are available in the Library of the House.
