§ Mr. Gwilym JonesThe Welsh Office together with the Development Board for Rural Wales and the Welsh Development Agency commissioned a study on life styles in rural Wales in April 1991. The work was undertaken by Professor Paul Cloke, then of the geography department at the University College of Wales, Lampeter, and supported by a team of his colleagues. A final version of this report was presented to the Welsh Office in April 1994.
