§ Mr. MossFor each contract awarded to a private contractor under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981, the staff transferred with their existing terms and conditions. It is not known what changes, if any, have taken place subsequent to transfer as this is properly a matter for the employers and employees concerned. Any changes resulting from a transfer have, of course, to be the subject of negotiation and agreement between the relevant parties.
