§ Mr. AtkinsSection 2 of the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974 requires every employer of more than five employees to prepare and keep up to date a written statement of his general policy with respect to the health and safety at work of his employees and arrangements for carrying out that policy, and to bring that statement and any revision of it to the notice of all his employees.
