To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will list those aspects of the proposed privatisation of Nuclear Electric which will require parliamentary approval. [27260]

The Government's White Paper "The Prospects for Nuclear Power in the UK", Cm 2860, stated in paragraph 7.30 that no primary legislation is required to privatise the nuclear generators.
