§ Mr. RichardsProjects aimed at promoting healthy eating are carried out in Wales by a variety of health and other organisations, and details are not held centrally. National projects such as the "Healthy Shopping Basket", "A Handbook for School Governors" and the "Heartbeat Awards", as well as the provision of advice, guidance and information are provided by the Health Promotion Authority for Wales. In 1994–95 its budget for this service was some £150,000.
