To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what has been the size of the Overseas Development Administration's contingency budget for each of the last five years. [25733]

  • 1991–92: £70 million
  • 1992–93: £70 million
  • 1993–94: £70 million
  • 1994–95: £75 million
  • 1995–96: £68 million
