§ Mr. HoramWe are hoping to publish new charters for further and higher education in Northern Ireland in the autumn. We also have a programme for publishing revised charters. A revised contributors charter for national insurance payers was published in April and we will be shortly following this up with revised charters for council tenants, court users and people travelling through Customs points.
