§ Mr. Nicholas BakerThe relevant section of the Department deals with allegations of wrongful conviction and with other casework elated to miscarriages of justice. Staffing levels are kept under review in the light of work load, which may fluctuate. There are currently 20 staff engaged on this work and the number is expected shortly to rise to 23.
