§ Mr. NorrisThe available information does not permit us to break down the data to show separately offences relating to a vehicle or vehicle part found to be in a dangerous or defective condition and offences of using such a vehicle together with other related offences.
My previous answer made it clear that the statistics are recorded in terms of offences and not vehicle numbers.
