§ Sir Peter HordernThe appropriation account for 1994–95 for the National Audit Office, class XIX B, was published on 5 July as House of Commons Paper No. 476. Gross expenditure for the year totalled £42.2 million, and net expenditure, after taking account of appropriations in aid, totalled £36.2 million, a saving of about £0.3 million on planned net expenditure for the year.
