To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what has been the cost of fitting out Great Minster house for use by his Department. [35779]

Mr. Norris

The estimated fitting out cost is £13,846,305 million, including VAT.

Mr. Lewis

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what will be the rental charges and associated costs on his Department's new premises, Great Minster house, Horseferry road. [35781]

Mr. Norris

In a full year the Department will pay £4,228,000 in rent, including VAT, and an estimated £3,367,000 for the contribution in lieu of rates, management, maintenance and service charges.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what will be the total costs of the transfer of his Department to Great Minster house, Horseferry road. [35780]

Mr. Norris

The total estimated cost of the transfer is £19,364,000 including VAT. This includes the fit-out cost, professional fees, IT systems, telecommunications, furniture and other client items.
