To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department in how many of the total number of cases before the county court, excluding family law cases, an individual plaintiff or defendant was opposed by(a) the Government or its representatives or a public body or its representatives (b) a company for each of the past five years.
