To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will list for each civil service grade in his Department the number of(a) male and (b) female (i) full-time and (ii) part-time employees. [35459]

To ask the First Secretary of State (1) pursuant to his answer of 13 July,Official Report, column 712, how many times a behavioural condition has been applied to a civil servant leaving the Crown service in each of the last three years; and if he will break down the figures by Department; [35853]

(2) pursuant to his answer of 13 July, Official Report, column 712, if he will list the types of behavioural conditions applied during the last year to civil servants leaving the Crown service by Government Department; [35852]

(3) how many civil servants have left the service of the Crown under the business appointment rules in each Government Department in each of the last three years. [35830]
