§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonI am unable to say when construction on the upgrade of the A92 trunk road between the Balmedie bypass and Tipperty will commence. Officials in the Scottish Office Industry Department are currently considering a report prepared by consultants which recommends a route for the A92. Following the identification of a detailed scheme statutory authority to proceed will be sought. The scheme will thereafter compete with others for resources in the trunk road construction programme.
