§ Mr. HanleyWe hope that the referendum will be held early next year. We welcome Polisario's decision to resume its participation in the voter identification process. We call on both parties to the dispute to co-operate fully with the United Nations Secretary-General in the implementation of the UN's settlement plan for the territory, and to refrain from any further actions which may hinder implementation of the plan.
