To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the answer of 16 December 1994,Official Report, columns 833–34, if he will update the figures on NHS administrative costs. [35497]

The provisional information given in my answer of 16 December 1994,Official Report, columns 833–34, in respect of 1993–94 administrative costs is now confirmed as final expenditure. Information for 1994–95 will not be available until later this year.
