§ Mr. AncramIn 1993–94, the latest year for which information is available, there were 10,037 undergraduates enrolled at the Queen's university of Belfast, of whom 8,896 came from Northern Ireland and 537 from the Republic of Ireland. In the same year, there were 13,852 undergraduates enrolled at the university of Ulster, of whom 11,408 came from Northern Ireland and 1,679 from the Republic of Ireland.
