§ Mr. Andrew MitchellThe processing of inquiries from both the public and from hon. Members is a matter of high priority. The agency has channelled additional resources into this area and has made considerable progress in eliminating delays. A number of hon. Members have commented on a noticeable improvement in both the speed and the quality of replies which they receive.
