§ Mr. LangMy Department has taken over the former Employment Department group's responsibilities for industrial relations policy and legislation, pay issues, redundancy payments; and sponsorship of the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service and the Industrial Tribunals. My hon. Friend the Member for Brecon and Radnor (Mr. Evans) will be responsible for these matters, and will report to me.
