Whether they will place in the Library of the House a copy of the Home Office guidelines relating to the cautioning of burglars.

No specific guidance has been issued by the Home Office on the use of cautioning for burglary, but guidance on cautioning generally is set out in Home Office Circular 18/1994, a copy of which is already in the Library.
