§ Mr. Nicholas BakerFollowing detailed discussions between officials in the immigration department and600W senior police officers, a Home Office circular has been issued. This follows up the recommendations of the review, which were accepted by my right hon. and learned Friend. A copy of the circular is being placed in the Library.
