§ Mr. Gwilym Jones"Our Future Homes" highlighted several initiatives to encourage further private sector investment in housing. Government provision for this year's housing programme was announced in "The Government's Expenditure Plans 1995 –96 to 1997 –98. Departmental Report by the Welsh Office and the Office514W of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales." Support for future years will, of course, be determined later in the year as part of the annual public expenditure review.
