§ Mr. HagueThe second tranche of waiting times initiative moneys, some £6.7 million, was released to health authorities in April. All authorities have confirmed their commitment to the hospital waiting times measures in the patients charter for Wales. By the end of September it should be rare for anyone to have waited over six months for a first out-patient appointment.
