§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 28 June 1995]: Details of projects involving the private finance initiative which are currently under way in Scotland are contained in the table. The value of each project is estimated since the investment has come from the private sector and thus falls outwith the responsibility of the Scottish Office.
