§ Mr. SproatMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has statutory responsibility for the funding, management and presentation to the public of the state apartments and royal ceremonial dress collection at Kensington palace. Day-to-day responsibility for admission prices, the receipt of the proceeds and opening arrangements is delegated to the chief executive of Historic Royal Palaces, which is an executive agency of the Department of National Heritage.
