Your question to the Secretary of State for Defence asking, pursuant to his Answer of 16th March, on what dates the results of the NAPS studies were published in the scientific journals named, has been passed to me to reply as the Chief Executive of the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) which, since April, includes the Chemical and Biological Defence Establishment (CBDE) as one of its divisions.2. The articles on studies involving NAPS were published in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology in January 1978, in the Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology in July 1978 and May 1979, and in the Fundamentals of Applied Pharmacology in December 1985.3.
