§ Mr. Baldry[holding answer 30 June 1995]: The Indonesian project staff were attached to the department of transmigration in Jakarta. None were stationed in East Timor. Project staff, working with the UK consultants, reviewed the land resources and land use of the whole archipelago, including East Timor.
