§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have had regular discussions both bilaterally and in NATO with the United States Government on this subject. We and Washington agree that UNPROFOR should remain in Bosnia as long as it can continue to perform a useful task at an acceptable level of risk, but that it is sensible to have contingency plans in place for a possible withdrawal.
