To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many civilians are employed at the establishments at Coulport and Faslane. [30582]

Mr. Freeman

As at 1 April 1995, there were approximately 1,500 civilian staff employed at RNAD Coulport and some 2,000 at CSB Faslane.
