§ Dr. MawhinneyAs I will be jointly determining the outcome of the inquiry into BAA's proposal I have not made any assessment of its aviation implications. However, I am responsible for promoting improvements to the M25 and M4 access roads. Their noise effects have been assessed and the results are contained in the environmental statement for the schemes.
