§ Mr. NorrisThe allocation of slots at Heathrow airport is carried out from Heathrow by Airport Coordination Ltd., an independent company owned by the UK airlines. There has been no transfer of the function to Brussels. ACL and other airport co-ordinators in the European Community operate within the terms of EC regulation 95/93 on common rules for the allocation of slots at Community airports.
