To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what was the average delay time of scheduled flights to European destinations from Heathrow in March and June. [31854]

The average delay to scheduled passenger flights between Heathrow and European airports in March 1995 was four minutes.

Statistics for June 1995 will not be available for approximately eight weeks.
